Cocktail Inspirations

Beach Ball

The classic Moscow Mule is a simple, refreshing cocktail that combines vodka, ginger beer and fresh lime juice and is traditionally served in an ice-cold copper mug. This variation eschews vodka for gin, letting the juniper-dominant spirit meld with spicy-sweet ginger beer and tart citrus.

5 cl Latin Beach Gin
3 cl bourbon vanilla syrup
2 cl lemon juice
5 cl Coconut Water

Fill a copper mug (or highball glass) with ice, then add the gin and lime juice.
Top with the ginger beer and stir briefly.
Garnish with a lime wheel.

20 ml Latin Beach
½ Passion Fruit
200 ml Tonic
Orange Zest

Build all ingredients in a highball glass with ice cubes
Garnish with orange zest
